have been a team for 22 years with over 63 combined years of experience between them. Gail has been a realtor for 38 years, Tara for 23 years.

Gail is a native Augustan and has been serving clients in the Georgia and South Carolina area for 38 years! Gail has been the site manager for several successful subdivisions and specializes in new and resale homes.

My journey in real estate has taken many turns. In December of 2011, I decided to make a change from Meybohm Realtors to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beazley, REALTORS®. My focus has been relocating families including military, civil servants, contractors, physicians, etc. My goal is an absolutely easy and carefree experience. It is my specialty, my dream as well as my pleasure!

Tara La Mantia, Associate Broker,

Tara has enjoyed helping clients achieve their real estate dreams for over 22 years! Tara has managed several new home communities and speacilizes in new homes and is presently part of the sales team at Hayne’s Station. She has achieved many awards during her long career to include the Million Dollar Club, The Million Dollar Circle and Leaders Club, but she is most proud of receiving theGold, Platinum and Platinum Plus Awards and the Legend Award in New Homes Sales for the Builders Association of Metro Augusta Sales and Marketing Council.
